Однажды, теплым весенним утром, Господь проснулся излишне рано.
Он встал, встряхнулся, повел боками, нектара выпил Он из-под крана,
Потом умылся (да-да, нектаром) и в форточку посмотрел немножко.
Затем вздохнул и пошел работать: сегодня нужно придумать кошку.
Вчера был заяц. Отличный заяц! Вот этим зайцем Он был доволен:
Такие уши, такая попа, и нос - улыбчивый поневоле.
А в прошлый раз был, конечно, ежик. Куда ж без ежиков в мире этом.
Но кошка - это в разы сложнее. Не просто зверь, а мечта поэта.
Она должна быть пушистой, мягкой, с когтями - когти ей пригодятся,
Она должна работать урчалкой и на полу вверх собой валяться.
Куда там свиньям и дикобразам, куда лисицам и капибарам!
У кошки должен быть дух победы и девять жизней - почти задаром.
Бог долго клеил хвосты и лапы, ругался, дергал, свистел и правил,
Приклеил гребень, потом отклеил, приклеил уши и так оставил,
Усы повтыкивал, селезенку, ну там сердечко, конечно, печень,
Полоску в шкурку, потом урчальник - чтоб кот хозяина обеспечил
Отличным муром. Потом глазищи, язык шершавый, и нос получше,
И уж последней, безумно нежно и аккуратно он вклеил душу.
Она была бесконечной. Да ведь все души, в общем-то, бесконечны.
Местами - твердой, местами - мягкой, и самую чуточку - человечной,
Чтоб у человека, когда он смотрит в глаза кошачьи - паденье, тайна! -
Осталось чувство: он с кошкой вместе, и вместе, в общем-то, неслучайно.

Спустился вечер. Луна смотрела в окно тигриным искристым взглядом.
В зеленой чашке чаинки спали, остывший чайник приткнулся рядом.
Бог спал, укрывшись цветастым пледом. В окне дрых аист, под стулом - заяц.
Под боком Бога лежала кошка и мир мурлыкала, не моргая.

Кэле Ага, это я с умилением смотрю на своих усатых-хвостатых, лежат такие шерстяные, укрывшись хвостами и сладко дрыхнут.) И захотелось таких же умильно-кошачьих стихов.))) Но читаю все подряд, а там по большей части очень грустные.

А кот ускакал за диван и затих за спинкой,
А после еще бесился по всей кровати.

- А шерсти-то, шерсти сколько! Вот мой – персидский.
Ковры и диваны, мебель, - везде клочками.
- А мой на неделе слопал, подлец, сосиски.
- А нашего долго тошнило на коврик в ванне.

- А мой умудрился скинуть горшок с алоэ,
Потом по всей комнате мы собирали землю.
- А мой, представляешь, вчера сотворил такое…
- А мой, не поверишь, на прошлой еще неделе…

Потом помолчали бабки. Переглянулись.
- Зато, - говорит одна, - мой мурлыка страшный.
Ложится – и словно трактор на сельской улице,
Ну так тарахтит, что сразу проходит кашель.

- А мой, - говорит вторая, - лечить умеет.
Придет на больное место и лечит, зая…

…Сегодня в трамвае, пока закрывались двери,
Я слышала, как две бабки котов ругали.
